Niagara. 2019. $25/$8. A native grown grape featuring huge white grape juice flavors and candied lemon. A medium-bodied and semi-sweet wine, with a “foxy” fresh aroma. Try it with your favorite cheesecake.
Symphony. 2019. $25/$8. Strong Tropical perfume of sweet pineapple, orange blossoms and lychee – A perfect summertime treat!
*NEW* Rosé. Dry. 2020. $25/$8 With a beautiful copper-pink hue, this elegant and dry wine showcases notes of fresh strawberries, roses and pink peppercorns complemented by a quenching acidity and hints of grapefruit. Pairs well with mildly spiced curries and rice dishes or a summer spinach salad with watermelon and feta.
Chardonnay.2017. $28/$9 With a kiss of oak, this balanced and creamy wine features notes of butterscotch, hazelnut and coconut. Pair this with grilled pork chops and mushrooms.
Pinotage.2018. $30/$8 A BBQ in a glass! This complex and medium-bodied wine showcases profiles of plum, orange, hoisin, and raspberry. Drink this outside on a summer day while BBQing.
*NEW RELEASE*Pinotage in Bourbon Barrels.2019. $42/$12 This bold and complex wine offers hints of bourbon and smoke, balance out by sweetness of blueberry and brown sugar framed by soft chewy tannins and toasted oak.
Petit/Petite.2018. $36/$9 A full bodied wine bursting with “jammy” fruits and highlighted with oak notes of pie crust, pipe tobacco and vanilla. An excellent wine to get you through anything life throws at you!
Cabernet Sauvignon.2018. $38/$10 A rich, smooth wine with moderate tannins and strong aromas of Bing Cherry and leather. This earthy wine also features herbal notes of lavender and eucalyptus. Classic food pairings consist of rich red meats alongside roasted potatoes.
*Reserve* Merlot.2018. $42/$12 A rich wine with supple tannins and aromas of cherry, plum and baking spice. Layered with vanilla, licorice and finished with sweet oak. Pair this Merlot with rotisserie chicken and roasted vegetables.
