Our winemaker’s selection of three wines from the wine portfolio.
Symphony. 2020. California. $27/$8. A unique white wine made with 100% Symphony grapes has a strong tropical perfume of sweet pineapple and orange blossoms. This wine finishes with a lingering mineral-like flavor, both crisp and refreshing.
Sauvignon Blanc. California. 2020. $25/$8. A fruity and zesty wine full of grapefruit and honeydew melon aromas. With its crisp acidity it brings forth vibrant flavors of guava and white peach to the palate. This wine pairs great with herb-driven sauces over chicken, tofu or fish dishes.
Riesling. 2021. Chilean. $27/$8. A dry wine with aromas of orchard fruits like honey-crisp and green apples. Bright flavors of pink grapefruit shine through with hints of citrus. This wine pairs perfectly with spicy dishes.
Estate Marquette.2019. Connecticut. $30/$8 Our first 100% Estate Wine, grown in North Branford, CT is medium bodied and garnet in color. This Marquette is earthy and reminiscent of a wet forest floor and rounded out by bright red cherry and smooth fig jam. Aged in new oak barrels for 8 months brings out vanilla and leather aromas.
Pinotage.2019. California. $32/$9 A complex and medium-bodied, low acid wine showcases profiles of plum, orange, hoisin, and blackberry. This wine starts off with ripe berries and finishes with a touch of smoke. Drink this outside on a summer day while BBQing.
Petit/Petite.2018. California. $36/$9 A full bodied wine bursting with “jammy” fruits and highlighted with oak notes of pie crust, pipe tobacco and vanilla. An excellent wine to get you through anything life throws at you!
Cabernet Sauvignon. 2019. California. $38/$10. A full-bodied, dry red wine with notes of blackberry, plums and medium tannins. The medium tannin content in this wine makes it the perfect accompaniment to rich grilled meats and full flavor dishes.
*Reserve* Merlot.2018. California. $42/$12 A rich wine with supple tannins and aromas of cherry, plum and baking spice. Layered with vanilla, licorice and finished with sweet oak. Pair this Merlot with rotisserie chicken and roasted vegetables.
