Using the same Pinotage variety but sourced from South Africa, where Pinotage is the signature variety, this light-medium bodied wine was aged 6-months in American Oak barrels to help bring out the similarities and distinct differences from its California counterpart. This Pinotage has more raspberry profiles and a silky-smooth tannin which makes it equally special for summertime grilling.
